CS 0035 - Shamray Custom Shop "KING-BURST" for Mark King (Florida, USA)

Set neck “LP-Std 59-burst” style, carved top with 22 frets. Inlaid pearl ‘traditional’ Shamray headstock logo.
Finish color on top to be ‘faded sunburst’ like BOTB cover. Usual ‘LP red pore filler’ with clear lacquer on neck & back.

Body & neck: One piece Mahogany body with carved AAA maple top. Mahogany neck. “1960-slim-taper” neck profile.
Fretboard: Rosewood with perloid trapezoid fret markers - white plastic side dot markers. 22 jumbo frets. 10 inch radius.

Binding: single-layer cream around top of body, single layer cream around fretboard

Hardware: Nickle Tune-o-matic bridge & tailpiece, nickel gotoh “kluson”machine heads (plastic keystone buttons), bone nut,
Nickel Strapbuttons. Cream pickup rings, cream toggle switch tip, cream jackplate, cream pickguard.

Electronics: Usual LP std controls; 3-way toggle switch (USA), two volume, two tone.
100% cavity shielding. 500K pots. Vintage NOS oil & paper caps ( 0.022uF).

Knobs: 4 amber ‘gibson hat’ knobs

Pickups: 2 Chernishev PAF ( BB2 & BB3 wind) with NICKEL covers

Case: molded flight case.

Strings: Ernie Ball .010-46

Special: "Mark King model" in gold script where the usual silkscreen would be.
